Data Processing Notice

Data Controller: Alfa High Dimension Limited Liability Company (registered office: 1012 Budapest, Attila steer 133. half floor 8. door; company registration number: 0109431852; statistical number: ; tax number: 32582376-2-41 ; represented by: Dr. Tőzsér Orsolya managing director, hereinafter referred to as “Data Controller”)

Data Subject: Refers to the potential customer of the Data Controller.

Potential Customer: A natural person who provides their personal data to request an offer or other information from the Data Controller.

Customer: A Potential Customer with whom the Data Controller intends to enter into a contract.

Personal Data: Any information relating to the Data Subject.

1.1. This Data Processing Notice aims to inform Data Subjects about the most important circumstances of data processing conducted by the Data Controller, considering data protection regulations.

1.2. The Data Controller is committed to protecting the personal data of the Data Subjects and considers the respect of the Data Subjects’ right to informational self-determination as a priority.

1.3. The Data Controller reserves the right to amend this Notice and provides information in accordance with the applicable legislation regarding any changes.

1.4. The Data Controller:

• Processes personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently for the Data Subject (“lawfulness, fairness, and transparency”);
• Collects personal data for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes and does not process them in ways incompatible with these purposes (“purpose limitation”);

• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR);
• Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination and freedom of information (“Infotv”);
• Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (“Civil Code”).

2.1. Data of Potential Customers:

• Email address;
• Phone number;
• Other personal data provided voluntarily in the request.

2.2. Data of Customers:

• Name;
• Address;
• Contact details (phone number, email address);
• Billing information;
• Bank account information (for transactions);
• Other personal data provided during the performance of the contract.

3.1. The purpose of processing the data of Potential Customers is to:

• Provide offers and information;
• Maintain communication regarding potential contracts.

Legal Basis: Processing is based on the Data Subject’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR).

3.2. The purpose of processing the data of Customers is to:

• Fulfill contractual obligations;
• Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax and accounting requirements);
• Maintain communication related to the performance of the contract.

Legal Basis: Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR) and for compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) of GDPR)

4.1. Data provided by Potential Customers will be processed until consent is withdrawn or for a maximum of [time period] after the last communication.

4.2.Data provided by Customers will be processed for the duration of the contract and for an additional [time period] to fulfill legal obligations (e.g., retention periods required by tax or accounting laws).

5.1. The Data Controller may engage data processors (e.g., IT service providers, accountants) to assist in fulfilling its obligations. The Data Controller ensures that these data processors comply with applicable data protection laws.

5.2. Personal data may be shared with third parties only when required by law or with the Data Subject’s explicit consent.

6.1. Data Subjects have the following rights regarding their personal data:

• Right to access: Obtain confirmation as to whether their data is processed and access to the data;
• Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
